One address for everything. Reports of a changed tariff or law go to the front of the queue.

Write to hello@hivly.net. There is no form, no account and no phone line; email lets us keep the link to your source alongside the correction.

What to report

A tariff, fee or law that has changed. Tell us which page, and send a link to the new tariff, decree, circular or the authority’s announcement. A screenshot of a bill is useful too, but the official document is what we check against and cite.

A result that does not match your bill. Send the page, the figures you entered and the total on your bill. Please leave out account numbers, premises numbers, Emirates ID and anything else that identifies you; we do not need them to find the difference.

Something unclear or wrong in the text, in either language. If the Arabic reads awkwardly or uses a term people in the UAE would not search for, we want to know.

A calculator you would like to see, if it can be built from an official, published source.

What we cannot help with

We cannot look up, change or dispute anything on your account with a utility, the RTA, Salik, Parkin or your employer, and we cannot give legal or financial advice on your situation. For those, contact the authority or company directly, or for a dispute, MOHRE or the Rental Disputes Centre.

What happens to your message

We read every message. When a report leads to a change, the page’s change log records what changed and when. We keep emails only as long as we need them to reply and to keep a record of corrections; the privacy policy has the details, and you can ask us to delete your message at any time.
